Will my client ever know you exist?
No. We work on your domain email, in your reporting template, under your team name. If you want us on a client call, we join as your staff — introduced by you, with your title.
Who owns the ad accounts?
You do, or your client does. We work inside your MCC or theirs. No account history is hostage to the relationship continuing, and offboarding takes one email.
Will you poach our clients?
There is a mutual non-solicit in the agreement and our entire business depends on agencies trusting it. We have never taken a partner client and would lose every other partner if we did.
What happens when I add five accounts in one month?
Nothing changes. That is what the bench is for. Operator assignments land within a business day and builds ship inside the published turnarounds.
Can I drop a seat mid-quarter?
Yes, with 30 days notice. Seats are monthly. We would rather you scale down honestly than pad a retainer you resent.
What if you miss a turnaround?
That deliverable is free. It is written into the agreement rather than decided case by case.
Do you subcontract further?
No. Everyone touching your accounts is on our bench under the same non-disclosure and non-solicit terms you signed.
Why do you not publish prices?
Because they move with volume and mix, and a published number would be wrong for most agencies in one direction or the other. Ask on the call and you get the current sheet, not a custom quote designed around your budget.
What will you refuse to do?
PR, influencer management, and full brand strategy. Also any account where conversion tracking cannot be verified before signing, or where the client has fired two agencies in two years.
How do we test you cheaply?
Take one deliverable off the catalog — a build or an audit at a fixed price with a published turnaround. Judge us on that before a seat.
Do you work with agencies that compete with each other?
Yes, with separated teams and no shared data. We will tell you if a direct competitor of your client is already on our book in the same market.
What reporting do we get?
Monthly narrative and dashboard in your template by the 3rd, plus a documented change log so you can answer "what did you do this month" without asking us.
