Capacity models

Seats, pods, and per-item

Start at the item, move to a seat, move to a pod. Nothing here is an annual contract and nothing requires a capacity conversation first.

Three ways to take capacity

01

Per deliverable

One-off builds, audits, and creative batches straight off the catalog. No retainer, no minimum. For overflow weeks and pitch support.

02

Per seat

A named operator on a set number of your accounts, in your Slack, on your reporting cadence. Add and drop seats monthly.

03

Per pod

Strategist, buyer, creative, and analyst working only your book — effectively your delivery department, on our payroll.

Choosing

Which one you actually need

If you are testing us, take a deliverable. A build or an audit is enough to see how we work, and it costs less than a discovery process.

If you are capacity-blocked on specific accounts, take a seat. One named person, monthly, droppable with 30 days notice. This is where most partners live.

A pod makes sense above roughly ten accounts or $60K in managed spend, because at that point individual seats cost more than a dedicated team and you want one group holding the standards.

Questions

Capacity questions

Can we mix models?

Yes. Most partners hold one or two seats and pull extra deliverables off the catalog in busy months.

Is a seat full-time on our accounts?

A seat covers a defined account count, not a headcount of hours. A pod is dedicated.

How quickly can we add a seat?

Within one week. Dropping one takes 30 days notice.

Do we get the same person every month?

Yes, that is the point of a named seat. If they leave our team, the bench covers the account and you get a named replacement.
